I highly recommend St. Patrick's Day in Boston if you have the opportunity.
Brief recreation of a plane flight sitting next to a cute girl:
me: uhhhhh......
Quite the ladies' man, eh?

I think we're on an upswing.......
1. The NCAA tournament has begun, which is why this will be short.
2. I got a new, cool job to keep me busy until June.
3. Although not as good as getting in, I got waitlisted at one of the schools I applied to. That makes me feel better about my applications still out there.
Enough talk, more basketball.

So I'm throwing out the containers for the Chinese food I had delivered and
have been munching on for the last few days. I spot two fortune cookies, and
figure, "Sure, I want to know the future." So I open one up, and it reads:
"The world would be a beautiful place without pollution." It's this kind of
crap that proves that the quality of fortune cookie fortune writers has been
diminishing since the all-knowing seers I remember from my childhood were
minding the shop. It's not about me. It doesn't even say anything useful.
Furthermore, my economics education disabused me of utopian notions like this
long ago, so actually I'm somewhat ticked off by the whole thing. No problem,
I figure, there's one more left. It has to be better than the first one.
I open it, wondering what the future has in store for me: "The world would be a beautiful place without pollution." Damn it!

Aforementioned pictures are
here! I'm scattered throughout, so look for me.
In other news, I'm not going to see Weezer in Chicago like I thought I was this weekend. Sigh.....

I survived the social event of the season: the
97X Boards Bash (#3 for those keeping count). Pictures are forthcoming.
It was great to meet a bunch of people and have preconceptions destroyed or
confirmed. The 5 hours I was there wasn't nearly enough time to sufficiently
meet everyone, but it was fantastic. I'm still exhausted, but getting home at
4:00 AM might have had something to do with that. I'm still not comfortable
introducing myself as slow-dog, but that's OK.

I spent $80 on socks last weekend! Stop me before I shop online again!
